Our Cancellation Policy
There is no fee for any prepaid reservation. Cancellations and refunds are processed by each of the parking facilities represented on this site. You should contact the facility directly at the phone numbers listed on the site. On each confirmation RSWAirportParking.com includes the full address, driving directions and phone number to the parking facility.
RSWAirportParking.com, LLC. Liability
RSWAirportParking.com, LLC. functions as an third party to connect airport travelers in search of parking with privately owned parking lots. RswAirportParking.com is not involved in the actual transaction between the traveler and the parking lot operator "Operator". RSWAirportParking.com requires its Operators to make every effort to honor your reservations. Unforeseen situations, including but not limited to, War, Acts of God, or other conditions such as, severe weather conditions, reservations could be cancelled. We attempt to affiliate with only reputable, licensed and insured companies; RSWAirportParking.com does not have control over the quality/safety of any parking lot.
You assume all risks associated with dealing with the Operators as well any other third-party with whom you come in contact with through this web site and agree to hold harmless RswAirportParking.com, LLC. and its Parking lot operators, and managers from any and all liability for any loss or damage of any sort to your vehicle or person incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such Operators or third-parties on this site. Additionally, you agree to hold harmless RSWAirportParking.com, LLC. and its parking lot operators & owners, and managers from any travel related expenses incurred as a direct or indirect result of the Operators, including but not limited to, missed flights, any costs of rescheduling flights, lodging, meal or transportation expenses due to rescheduling flights, inconvenience, mental anguish, or other direct or indirect expenses.
